A17 System with Buffer Storage and Freshwater Station; with Heating Return Temperature Lift
A17.1 System with Buffer Storage, External Heat Exchanger, and Freshwater Station; with Heating Return Temperature Lift
A18 System with Heating Buffer Storage and Freshwater Station
This system heats utility water via a fresh water station which operates in a continuous flow process.
In A17, the auxiliary heating heats the tank and, via the return boost, the heating loop; in A18, it only heats the tank, as there is no return increase.
Heating can additionally be incorporated into the system. The system A 17.1 has an external heat exchanger on the solar part, instead of a direct coil. The solar heating is supported by a return boost control as in A17.
# | Hydronic Connections / Components | A17 | A17.1 | A18 |
