License portal - user license
The Valentin License Portal is an online portal in which License Managers can independently manage their company’s user licenses and assign them to License Users. License Users do not have access to the portal. The most important functions are presented in our short video tutorial:
License portal - structure
The license portal contains the following sections:
Licenses (home view)
- Assign licenses to License Users
- Remove License Users from a license
- Appoint additional License Managers
- Deactivate / remove existing License Managers
- Manage user data of the signed-in License Manager (password, name)
- Switch between companies if the signed-in License Manager is a License Manager in several companies
